Represent simple event notifications that takes place in response to a customer’s activity.

For example:

• Registration

• Unsubscribe

• Adding product to cart

• Accessing a page

• Completing a survey

• Completing a game

The Action event is assessed asyncronously against the available Action assessment criteria and matching fulfilment actions are carried out.
