Points Expiry

The TallyMarks platform supports Points Expiry. There are two modes of operation:

Activity Based

All points expire if no points earning activity on the account has occured in a specified period relative to the anniversary date.

The period can be in months or years, with a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 5 years.

Points Aging

Unused points expire if earned prior to a specified period relative to the anniversary date.

The period can be in years, with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years.
